Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–5 business days after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

  • Please note that orders may not be processed or shipped on weekends or Canadian statutory holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Free Standard Shipping on all orders of CAD $75 and above within Canada.

  • Orders under CAD $75 will be charged, shipping rate calculated at checkout.

  • Shipping method will vary depending on your location and order size, and may include Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, Purolator, or other reputable carriers.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • Standard Shipping: 3–9 business days (depending on destination)

    • Expedited Shipping: Available at an additional cost, calculated at checkout

Delivery estimates are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed. Weather, postal delays, or other unforeseen circumstances may affect delivery times.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package online.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at javerroinc@gmail.com with your order number — changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has been processed.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Javerro is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging so we can assist with a replacement or claim.

  • For lost packages in transit, we will work with the carrier to investigate. Please note that carrier investigations can take up to 10 business days.

International Shipping

We currently ship to the United States in addition to Canada.

  • Shipping charges for U.S. orders will be calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and chosen shipping method.

  • Estimated delivery time for U.S. orders is 5–12 business days, depending on location and carrier.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Javerro is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be charged by U.S. customs or other regulatory bodies.

  • All applicable fees are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid to the carrier or customs agency before delivery is completed.

  • Refusal to pay these charges may result in your package being returned or destroyed. In such cases, we cannot issue a refund for shipping charges and may deduct additional costs incurred from your refund.
